• Your Creations: You retain 100% exclusive intellectual property and copyright ownership over any original musical performances, arrangements, or MIDI files you record and export using Virtuoso.
• Commercial Use: You are completely free to use any audio or MIDI produced with Virtuoso in commercial music tracks, video games, YouTube videos, film scores, podcasts, and digital media without requiring attribution or royalty payments.

3. Public Domain Educational Content

The musical compositions included in the built-in lesson library (such as works by Beethoven, Mozart, and Pachelbel) are in the public domain and provided strictly for educational and practice purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Virtuoso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for sample-accurate audio and smooth 60 FPS performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every hardware MIDI peripheral.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators or contributors of Virtuoso be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this web application.
